el-j was recently asked to develop and run a 2-day workshop with the internal communications team and other key stakeholders from across the Sodexo organization. The goal was to help this diverse team define the strategy and approach for a series of (4) regional employee broadcasts. Each would need to have consistent global message, but be tailored to the reality of the business in each of the regions. It was an ambitious and complex challenge, but by utilizing key principles of adult learning and teambuilding, we were able to help the Sodexo team align and create a core broadcast agenda that will help guide their next phase of regional content development.

Working with el-j productions is not only efficient, it’s fun too! I’ve worked with them a couple of times already in the past on various events. Most recently, we partnered with el-j to run a workshop with my team to define our strategy and approach for an upcoming series of employee broadcasts. Partnering with el-j enabled us to fast-track to structure and focus our efforts, and kick start the project very efficiently. In just 2 days we came up with a strategic approach and a consistent and tailored agenda for the broadcasts.
